Camera cannot adjust from daylight to night vision. Night Vision is also terrible.

My new Xfinity Indoor cameras (2), which are only 1 month old as of this date May 23, 2022, show too much glare when the sun comes through the windows. Even just a little light creeping through the curtains will show up on the Xfinity App as a very bright glare. Which makes it impossible to see potential intruders. Night Vision is also terrible. Please advise a way to adjust the lighting and/or diminish the glare, Otherwise, these cameras are useless as security cameras and a waste of money, time and the effort I spent installing them on my walls.

Hello and thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Forums. I would be happy to look at the setting options for your camera and see if we can find a fix or if they will need to be repositioned. To get started, please send me a Peer to peer message with your full name and address.

To send a "Peer to peer" message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
