Camera activation

I’m tryin to activate an additional camera. Have gone through reset of camera, ac adapter and security router. Regardless of what I try, the camera light stays solid blue. Need help.

Have you tried to delete your camera, reboot your network, waiting for network to fully come back, then re-pairing the camera?
