Cord somehow came loose & got slammed into door. does not work at all, how can i replace it ?

Was this a coax cable for the modem or TV box? If so you can take it in to a local store and swap it out for free as the quickest option. Otherwise we can ship one. But some areas may have a small fee associated to that option.
