Brand new security cameras
I just had a security system installed and at least 2 of the cameras don’t seem to be working, at night time I can’t see more that 5 feet

We definitely want to ensure your cameras are working properly. Are the other cameras able to pick up further distance when night vision is on? Are they indoors or outdoors?
