you going to call 1-800 xfinity and have them roll out a tec to replace the battry in the touchscrene that somthing that anyone cant not do on there own it have to be done by the xfinity tec i have xfinity for my apt as well and had it since 2018 i know how things work s
I thought this was simple enough that I could install it myself. My question is whose responsible for replacing it. If they mail it to me I can probably do it. This issue here is that I can get a hold of anyone and there's no way of sending them a direct message. I'm just so discussed withe these people. Thank you for the information, I'll try to reach someone tomorrow.

Definitely give us a call if you have any question about what trouble the touchscreen might be notifying you about. If you'd like though, you can click on the "messages" bubble at the top of the Touchscreen - there is likely a blue dot by it to inidicate a message is waiting for you.
One there, you should be able to see which battery is in need of replacement. Chances are this is for one of your sensors, and not the Touchscreen itself.
Once you know which battery is in need of replacement, this article might prove helpful - you can purchase batteries at local retailers, or there are links to purchase the correct battery online once you click the link to your device in the article: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xh-device-battery-replacement
I hope that helps!
