Apps 04036

Since approximately 7/18/26 I am unable to log into my hbo max app - get message sorry we're having trouble with this app, restart cable box and try again . Along with 

error code APPS 04036. Cleaned the cache, refreshed and restarted cable box multiple times - still not working. Not havingI problems with Netflix or Hulu.  Any suggestions for further troubleshooting?

Anyone else having this problem?
