Hello Aflowers5 is this still an issue for you? Are you using Xfinity Home Protection or Self-Protect, or is this a 3rd party security service? Are you seeing any specficif error messages or codes when trying to set the alarm? Are you able to set it via the keypad/tocuhscreen, but not through the app?
