Alarm triggered front door sensor
This went off tonight ambit checked and front door was bolted shut not sure what the reasoning is behind this but now I have 2 extremely scared kids

Thanks for letting us know about the troubles you're having, @user_941b16. We certainly don't want your family to be scared. Before we get too far, have your attempted any troubleshooting? If not, would you be willing to check the sensor to ensure there's no debris or foreign objects that could cause an issue with the connection? Also, have you attempted to restart the touchpad so far?
