user_0m6z07 Hello! We can certainly understand that it can be very stressful when it happens. We can tell you that a false alarm like that can just be due to a low battery in the sensor. We would start by replacing the battery first. Here is a link you can use if you have one of our door sensors that walks you through the replacement.
