Customers who use their own modem or use our Gateway in Bridge mode will not yet have access to their Cameras in the Xfinity App, which is where every second of 24/7 Video Recordings can be easily reviewed.
We definitely have plans in one of the next major releases of the Xfinity App to allow customers with these setups to also be able to view their Xfinity Home Cameras in the Xfinity App. As soon as I have any concrete info on a release date, I'll post it here!
Until then, you will can see your live camera feeds as well as review your 24/7 video motion events in the Xfinity Home Mobile App, as well as on your TV by saying "Xfinity Home Cameras" into your voice remote if you have X1 service.
Albeit clunky, if you needed to review video from a specific day and time in the XH Mobile App, can select the Motion Event that occurred just prior to that time, drag the playback slider bar to the end of the ~ 2 minute video clip, and then click "Play More" - this would allow you to fast forward in 2 minute increments until you reach the time you wish to view. This will become much easier to navigate once you have access to your cameras in the Xfinity App.
