You've blocked kroger?

Hi! It seems you've blocked my grocery delivery site and because I'm disabled, live in the middle of poor cell reception and don't have a vehicle I can't access my grocery delivering site. I've used every means of contacting you except talking to a live agent. Yet I've caught myself in a loop of talking to a chat agent and being redirected back to the phones and then redirected back to a chat. This is actually insane.

user_i92ns8, Oh no! Thanks for reaching out about this. I know how important it is to ensure our drivers are being courteous of blocking any traffic. You've reached the right place to report this. Our team of experts is dedicated to resolving Comcast Vehicle Driver concerns such as this over social media. We will be able to send this over to the appropriate channels and you will receive a follow-up email from us. To get started, please send us a direct message with your name, email, and the address of where this took place.

You can start by clicking the "direct message" icon on the upper right page of our forum page. Once you click on that, input our shared handle Xfinity Support to send us a direct message.

no, xfinity as an isp has blocked me from being able to access the website Kroger, I cannot use any app, or any device to access the site, I literally have to turn my wifi off in order to get groceries to survive. Or beg for a mobile hotspot, or for someone else to put the order in. Nothing to do with vehicles. I've already submitted an unblock request through xfinity's official channels. There's been no response back and I'm done. It took me months to figure out the problem, and weeks to get a resolution for a service I pay for. And I had to do all the troubleshooting myself because there are no guides or people I can talk to get to the bottom of the problem. Your customer service remains horrible.

user_i92ns8, Ah, okay. This is definitely not how we want you to feel. We will certainly do everything within our power to turn that around. I read Kroger and blocked delivery site and it appeared as if this was a driver concern. My apologies. For blocked sites, our Advanced Security blocks websites that are determined to be potentially dangerous. These sites may contain malware, spyware, ransomware, or viruses that can infect devices and make them vulnerable to personal data collection, blackmail, or attacks on other computers and networks. Here is also a great link to more details about reporting blocked websites here.

If you are trying to access a website, that you think is being mistakenly blocked by Advanced Security, you can submit a request for re-assessment at this link here. The request will be reviewed, and an update will typically be provided within three business days. How does this sound?

I've already done this twice. And I have not received any decision back on unbanning the site.

user_i92ns8 Our Customer Security Assurance team will be responsible for processing these requests since they are related to online security. If you received your confirmation email after you submitted the site information and have not heard back you may try to reach out to our CSA team. You can call 1-800-Xfinity for help and ask for the CSA team or Customer Security Assurance to be connected.
