You've blocked kroger?
Hi! It seems you've blocked my grocery delivery site and because I'm disabled, live in the middle of poor cell reception and don't have a vehicle I can't access my grocery delivering site. I've used every means of contacting you except talking to a live agent. Yet I've caught myself in a loop of talking to a chat agent and being redirected back to the phones and then redirected back to a chat. This is actually insane.

You can start by clicking the "direct message" icon on the upper right page of our forum page. Once you click on that, input our shared handle Xfinity Support to send us a direct message.
