You're going to do maintenance for half the day again for the second time this week
In Augusta, GA here. I work from home and am losing out on a lot more than the pathetic $5 credit you give for an outage each time this happens. How many more times do you need to do this? You are going to get me in trouble at my job if this keeps up. This better be resolved this week or I'm going to need to find another service.

Awesome. Only response I ever ended up getting was them being unable to find my account with my full name and full address. I only found this out today because I never received any notification that anyone responded, but now you’ve started spamming me with reminds to accept the “solution” on this post. Great work.
