Your Xfinity services are currently disconnected.
Hi! I am a new customer. Currently, I got "Your Xfinity services are currently disconnected." although I have $0.00 balance due. And obviously, I can't access to the internet.
Previously, I got the notification "your bill is past due" from the mobile app, which is very weird considering that I setup an auto-payment and it is actually due mid-June. In any case, I made a manual payment, hoping that I will be able to resolve my internet issue. However, "your bill is past due" remains in the mobile app, and "Your Xfinity services are currently disconnected." is now shown on the website.
What should I do? Thanks!

I'm happy to look into your services and see what is going on with the billing and the payment you just made. Can you please click the Direct Messaging icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon and enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat and provide us with your first and last name so we may further assist you.

I am having this exact same issue. I had linked accounts and they removed one when I moved back to xfinity. Today everything went down I thought it was my Orbi I went and spent $400 on new equipment and its still not working. I explain to customer service this made no sense because I could get to the log into xfinity page but nothing else. Now they are sending a service person over for no reason. I have spent hours on the phone with the xfinity customer service and sorry to say they seem to be trying to give away the antiquated flex device or sell mobile phones more than be of actual assistance. I also wish they would stop apologizing and understanding and well one did give me 50 bucks but I get paid more than 50 an hour and sat on the phone today from 11AM to 7
