Your Xfinity services are currently disconnected.
I’m a new customer, moving in to my new place today and try to activate my plan, just found that my Xfinity services are currently disconnected. Moreover, when I tried to log into the app, it says “ You signed in successfully, but you must be an Xfinity user to enjoy this service.” Why am I not a Xifinity user? I paid the money and received the equipments! Could anyone help me? Thanks in advance!
