Your Xfinity services are currently disconnected.
I have been a customer with Xfinity for over a year now, but a couple of days ago my internet went out and my account says "Your Xfinity services are currently disconnected." with unpaid account balance of $0.00. I tried calling and looking at other forum posts, it seems that I need an official employee to assist me with this issue.
Would anyone be kind enough to look into this issue for me, please? Thank you.
