Your Xfinity Mobile order is on hold until your internet service is activated.

I signed up for Internet service and tried to order two phones at the same time.  I was billed for both phones, and the first seems to have been shipped.  For the second phone, I received an email stating "Your Xfinity Mobile order is on hold until your internet service is activated. ".  My internet service was activated today, but I see no way to complete the order.
