"Your Xfinity Internet service is not active" when I try to access the hotspots

Every time it won’t let me login even though I am an active subscriber. I have tried calling and get looped through and ultimately ignored by the automated customer service

Thanks for reaching out user_gtkoq7! Our Xfinity Mobile hotspots are easily my favorite benefit that comes with the internet service just in part to how clutch they are whenever you need them, so I'm happy to help get your access to them restored 👍

If you see the message "Your Xfinity Internet service is not active" when trying to access Xfinity hotspots, the first thing you would want to do is verify that you're signed into the Xfinity profile that's associated with your active internet services. For example, you can test your login by using the same Xfinity ID and password directly at xfinity.com, and if you're able to see your active services reflected then you should be good.

Hi! Thanks for the speedy reply! This happens when I am signed in with the account associated with my active internet services! I have to approve access using the xfinity app which shows my active service.

I don’t know if this is associated with the service of my previous address. I just noticed that even though my previous service address is inactive that it has not been removed

When signed in, are you seeing your current service address along with your previous disconnected account, or only the previous address?
