"Your Xfinity Internet service is not active" upon login to a wifi hotspot using my credentials.

Xfinity's Gigabit Pro service (the 6gbps one) is a little fishy.

1. I provided my own (extremely expensive 10gbps) router and wifi 6e spreader. But I still get charged $20/mo for "wifi and router" which is a lie and fraudulent. I have called 6 times to resolve. Sometimes I'm credited but the bill never goes away. This is illegal because you are charging me for something you do not provide me. I have a receipt with the returned silly NightHawk wifi router that I would never use and that doesn't approach the speed of Gigabit Pro. Nobody cared. Nobody helped. The recurring charge remains. I want it gone for good.

2. For (currently) $320/mo, I really expect xfinity hotspots to work when I'm out and about. I get the absurd and insulting message that Your Xfinity Internet service is not active.

Fix this. Just please, once and for all, actually fix something. I would really appreciate it, maybe as much as you appreciate the $4000/yr you get from me :)

I would not be happy if I was charged for equipment I did not have and not being able to access the free Wi-Fi hots spots, let’s get this resolved for you.

\ Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
