Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account.
I transferred services from one apartment to another. Peacock access was included as part of my internet subscription at both apartments . However, when I try to activate Peacock I receive the error "Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account. PPG_0017_20f003a". These are the steps I take:
- Login to xfinity.com
- Navigate to https://www.xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions
- Select "Activate" next to Peacock (where the status is "Activation Required")
- Enter the email address associated with my Peacock account
- This is the same account I was using the day before transferring apts
- There is no other email address associated with Peacock
- Enter my password on the following page
- Review the error "Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account. PPG_0017_20f003a"
It seems this is a common issue and I was told I would hear back with a solution in 24 hours from chat support but that was weeks ago....

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
