Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account.

I am attempting to link my Xfinity reward to my peacock account but I get the error in the subject. I have already cancelled my current subscription.

Thank you for reaching out to our team here. If you cancelled the current subscription you may have to wait for the current cycle to end before activating that with the same email address. Are you able to still use the service?

Okay, thank you for that confirmation @user_9b36ra . You would have to wait for the current cycle to end on that service before you activate the new reward option.
