"Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account."

I recently moved and created new xfinity account address and I get this error when trying to activate peacock. If its relevant, I still see my old account address on xfinity. How do I fix this? I was using peacock before successfully at my previous address.

I also tried unlinking old accounts and that gave an error too
