Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account. Here’s How to Find It

I am having an issue linking my Peacock account. I do not have an active subscription on any Peacock account currently, nor have I had it linked with Xfinity. Unfortunately, whenever I try to activate my subscription, I get this error: Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account. Here’s How to Find It

Please send us a direct message with your full name and service address so that we can assist you further. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page. Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
