Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account. Here’s How to Find It PPG_0017_904c7a7

I moved to a new house, when I tried to activate my peacock account. I received the following message:

Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account. PPG_0017_904c7a7
I have tried to contact customer service by the online AI assistant (helper) do not understand my issue. Can somebody help with this?
I do not think this is a big issue but it is annoying.
