"Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account" even though it is not.
Saw a lot of similar errors in the forum about this error with no straightforward resolution other than to DM customer service.
I had Peacock through signing up for Gigabit ethernet and recently moved. I think the Peacock subscription is tied to my first address and when I closed that account it removed my subscription from my Peacock account. When I try to use the account associated with my new address to activate Peacock, I get the error "Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account". This is the link I try to use and I've tried many times but it fails: https://customer.xfinity.com/activate-peacock
