Your automated customer service system and online system is the worst thing I've ever used.

I can't even make a payment or add a card. I can't even talk to a real person. Xfinity is trying to save money by using a computer that can't even help their customers.

@user_dy4735 I am sorry to hear the issue with making a payment. Are you able to try incognito https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/private-browsing and do not check to keep you logged in on the website? I have had success with other customers doing these steps.
