Your Support AI chat is hacked.

I was seeking help with my internet and the agent was trying to sell me an ipad from a sketchy link for $7. This is absolutely unacceptable. After I logged off the chat my account was attempted to be logged into multiple times as Comcast was texting me two point verification log in codes. I have provided a screenshot. I will be changing services due to this blatant disregard for my personal information.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
