Your Service Is Terrible
Your Service is terrible my bill increases all the time and my internet never works when i need it. I had a training class over zoom two nights ago and now since you sent me the new gateway NOTHING stays connected. I had to leave my house in a rush and drive 30 minutes to my office to take an online certification for my daughters flag football team it was 3.5 hours that i would have preferred to take at home but could not guarantee that i would get reconnected. You are my only choice in my area or i would switch even if the other option was triple the cost. Which im sure it would not be based on paying 400 plus every month. Your customer service team always tries to sell me something and make deals with me when i call but they never offer a solution. Im beyond frustrated and feel trapped since there is no competitor in my area. Your internet is terrible. And you throw out that your doing work but i doubt your crews are working 7pm in dark its just an excuse to fall back on. I know you are working in the area and those updates are the only reliable info from you during a normal work day. The rest is all [Edited: "Profanity"]
