Your robo operators are useless

I had a simple issue, and I needed to talk to a human. It took me hours to get as person, and that person was incompetent and could not help me.  It took 5 calls to get a person that was somewhat helpful. It is ridiculous that a simple phone call for a simple problem took hours to get resolved. Not only is your robo operator useless, but after all of that. the human was useless too. I was told I would get a call from a manager within an hour. That was hours ago. Frankly, this level of service is disgusting considering what you charge for internet and cable. If there was a viable alternative in my area, I would have taken it by now. You do not deserve any customers with your complete and total lack of support.
