Your link doesn't work
Whenever I call for support, you send a link to my mobile phone. But the link never works. I get an error message that says 502 BAD GATEWAY.

@Vmacdonald That would definitely be frustrating bumping into an authentication error like that. Have you attempted to clear your devices cache and cookies on the default web browser? If you haven't power cycled your phone in awhile that is a good troubleshooting step as well. Also disconnecting from the network and reconnecting or attempting to use your mobile data instead of your Wi-Fi is another alternative. Let us know if any of those options helped out.
