Hey, you're not the only one out there that's experienced less than optimal internet speeds.
Without further details it's not possible to diagnose what's actually going on here.
Based on the readings posted, please note that if the results came from "internet speed test" online websites, there is often different results, based on what website and or server is providing the test. And there are other more involved ways to "test" actual bandwidth speeds.
I feel your pain, as a 1Gbps customer, my windows box only seems to be able to manage a few hundred Mbps down, however my Mac pulls down well into the high 900Mbps range. So go figure.
A tech visit may be worthwhile to see if the signal to your modem is within parameters as well as taking an actual reading directly from the back of the cable modem. And that said, the type of modem you are using would be good to know as well.
As a side note, its possible the NIC card on your machine is not up to 10/100 rated and a "Gigabit" ethernet USB adapter may help understand if its your computer, the signal, or something else.
Hope the new year brings increased bandwidth and it may help to give the "chat" feature a try.
The support page has many good resources as well - https://www.xfinity.com/support/?CMP=ILC_support_myxfinity
Just my .2 cents.
Thanks and good luck.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to actual Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hi, @user_f89e6d. I hate to hear of your issues with your internet service and reaching us. This is a great place to start for reaching us and troubleshooting your service. Have you completed any steps yet for working on getting the internet to higher sepeeds? What modem are you using (rented/owned)?
