Your employees are harassing me

I spoke to someone on the live chat. They transfer me to someone on the phone. As soon as I got on the phone with this person I could tell there was something off. I explained that I wanted to apply for a program.

the person on the phone didn't understand English properly and couldn't figure out what I was talking about, she brought up something about California, and I asked to be transferred to someone else who spoke English my husband was nearby and heard me getting frustrated and I am currently suffering from excruciating migraines, so he held and asked to be transferred she still wouldn't do it, then someone else just jumped into the conversation (her " supervisor " ) she wouldn't transfer us out either, we got frustrated and hung up. Immediately maybe a minute or 2 my phone started blowing up with text from Xinity, even after I texted back. STOP I have the screenshots and I will upload them here and I will also be making a formal complaint with the FCC because I shouldn't be getting harassed, and those ppl have all my information from my phone number to my address... I am feeling threatened

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
