Your customer service rep lied to me

So I just spent an hour on the phone with one of your reps and I was trying to get a better deal on my bill. When we couldn’t come to an agreement he said he would let me talk to his supervisor. When the supervisor came on it was the same man pretending to be a supervisor. I have been with comcast for 20 years. I am ready to cancel.

Thank you for reaching out to our social media team, it’s great we can connect this way! I understand how concerning it is to receive a bill higher than expected.

I'll be happy to look at your account to see what new promotions and offers we have for our existing customers to find you a price that fits your budget for the services you love and need!

to get started please send me a direct message.

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary.

  • Click the "Direct Message" icon in the upper right - it looks like a chat bubble
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon just to the right of Conversations
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line - do not use the Employee's name!
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it

To expedite your request, we ask that you please include your name, the account holder name (if different), and the service address.
