Your call back option does not work
On October 20, I arranged a call back at the suggestion of your phone bot. Your bot indicated I would be called within 30-60 minutes. After 7 hours, I gave up waiting for your call. On October 21, I arranged a call back with your phone bot. The call back was set for a 30 minute window on October 22. There was no call from Xfinity.
i suggest you eliminate this problematic call back feature. On paper, it is a very nice feature. But when you do not support it, the result is customer anger and frustration. My time is valuable and you have sent the clear signal that you do not care.
