You people DO realize the Xfinity Assistant is garbage
I used to easily get on chat with a representative, but your "Assistant" just forces me into a repeating loop of questions that doesn't resolve my issue. After the third time around I had to give up and call your 800 number.
Asking for a REPRESENTATIVE no longer works, and your "Assistant" is too stupid to understand it's not helping. It telling me that there is no outage, but then telling me there is a communication issue with my devices, and then idiotically then asking me to check my HDMI cables (how is that going to help if the system can't communicate with my devices?).
Sad that what little customer service you did have (I have always had good luck with online chat people in the past - WHEN I COULD REACH THEM, although your phone support has been terrible for a decade) has only gotten worse.
