“You no longer have Xfinity service at this address.”

So I’m having this problem when i Log in my My Xfinity app. And this happened after i had paid a outstanding bill that was past due. It’s been 3 days and it’s still not on nor have any agent called/emailed me. I need an Xfinity agent to help me solve this problem.
