You need to refund me $500. I have a seasonal hold. And credit me or I will open a claim with American Express.

Again, I have a seasonal hold. I should not be paying anything for XFinity. You need to credit me $500 immediately or I will contest it with American Express. Please confirm that you are doing that immediately

user_t1a3b4 Thank you for reaching out! If your services are in the Xfinity Seasonal Convenience plan you will still be billed a fee depending on which Xfinity Seasonal Convenience plan you have chosen.
