You have the worst customer support ever
Hey [Edited: "Inflammatory"], there's no [Edited: "Language"] way to get a hold of you for complete [Edited: "Language"] with appointments. [Edited: "Inflammatory"]. I drove 3 hours to meet a tech on Saturday morning AND THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. Now I get a call this morning (Monday) that they are waiting for me 3 HOURS AWAY FROM WHERE I AM! I have spoken to your [Edited: "Language"] AI agents. I have gone to on of your Xfinity stores to try to resolve this. [Edited: "Inflammatory"]. If you give a [Edited: "Language"] about recovering this situation I expect a phone call to RESOLVE THIS ONCE AND FOR ALL!
I would literally pay hundreds a month for internet service at the address I am talking about if there was another option other than you [Edited: "Inflammatory"].
