You guys are sorry

Tech guy came to appointment to fix the internet, I went out to drive way to greet and he drove off. Came back about 30 mins later I was in bedroom trying to get my daughter asleep nursing. I come out and he was gone again. Try to call and can’t get a hold of ANYONE! Talk about being [Edit: Language]. What a joke Xfinity. I’ve waited all day for [Edit: Language]
