You [Edited] everything up now fix it

over 12 hours of trying to fix an issue you created today out of the blue with my modem. You screwed up badly, now a tech has to come to the house. The appointment time does not work. You need to be here at 9:00 am. You cost two working adults a day of pay and are now working on two days. Who reimburses us for lost time!??? Get here tomorrow 9:00 am

As for the technician window, it is just a window of time of when they can show up and not for the entirety of the appointment, as they have multiple people they are taking care of in a day.
