You don't have permission to access "http://www.xfinity.com/" on this server.

I was trying to manage my Xfinity account plan until one of the webpages kept on reloading itself, and now when I try to access the main Xfinity webpage and any random webpage related to viewing the Xfinity plans or my account, I get a slightly varying webpage saying:

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://www.xfinity.com/" on this server.

I've tried resetting my modem, using different devices, and used both Safari and Google Chrome with no success. What do I do?
Messaging customer support didn't help either.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message
