Yet another Xfinity Rewards FAIL

Hey there @BruceW, those free rewards are always great to see, but I can only imagine how tough it's been with these recent disappointments. I'd love to take a look at your account and review this current movie reward. Xfinity support submitted a ticket to the Rewards team, but the fine print in the "Summer of Movies" offer email says "Offer ends 7/16/2023". Will the Rewards folks manage to get this untangled before the deadline, two days from now, and on a weekend? I am not hopeful.

Even less hopeful -- yesterday and today, in Firefox, Chrome, and Edge the Rewards page renders only as a black screen with a grey circle with rippling white dots. That's as far as it goes, even after many, many minutes of waiting.

And the FAIL just keeps on FAILING!

When I was able to get the Rewards page to appear, "Mission: Impossible" never did show up to be redeemed. Now, I gather, this week's movie is "Sonic the Hedgehog", although I have not yet received the email notice for it. Hardly matters though, it does not appear on my Rewards page either.

A FAIL I overlooked a few weeks ago: an email bearing the Xfinity Verified Email icon arrived, subject "Your two years of Peacock Premium starts now". I assumed it had to do with the Peacock Diamond Reward I redeemed, but no, it goes on to say "Your gig-speed internet from Xfinity now includes Peacock Premium at no extra cost for two years through June 25, 2025".

I DON'T HAVE GIG-SPEED INTERNET! NEVER HAVE! [Edited: "Inflammatory"] 😡 😡 😡

And now, a HUGE ad on https://www.xfinity.com/auth invites me to "Get $100 off NFL Sunday Ticket from YouTube with Xfinity Rewards".

Does a Reward like that appear on my Rewards page? It does not.

And the incompetence continues . . .
