Yet another Xfinity outage

I live in Village Square in Mount Pleasant South Carolina.  We are experiencing yet another outage.  My question for you is when are are we not experiencing an outage?  This happens at least once per week.  I’m cancelling my service and going with ATT if/when it happens again.

Can you please send our team a direct message [private message]:

   Click "Sign In" if necessary
   Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
   Press Enter to send it

What Xfinity is not revealing is that there were substantial fiber cuts that has internet down in Florida, South Carolina and Virginia to name a few states. Just google Xfinity down and News stories should pop up. Be nice if Xfinity informed us.
