Yet another bill increase to obscene level - NO NO and NO
I tried in good faith to reach Comcast/Xfinity by phone to discuss the latest large increase and to try to get help to ID promotions to bring the bill down considerably only to be routed and rerouted rediculously and then disconnected time and again. In total frustration and failing reaching a human, I finally just wrote to Cancellations to discontinue my relationship with this company. I have been loyal to Comcast for a very long time but this loyalty is being completely disregarded and abused. Paying well over $2000/year for a bit of internet and TV (not any 'fancy' channels, either) is seriously nuts and this new increase beyond that is utterly unacceptable. As is the absurd effort to reach to reach someone to discuss and potentially resolve. Out of time, out of patience, out of money. Too much work.
