Need contact to find out when my cable will be buried? Was I missed as my neighbor’s cable is now buried?

Hello @jjdub7 Thanks for reaching out with your concerns to our Xfinity Community Forum. I hope you've had a smooth day. I can definitely understand your concerns being that your neighbors cable has been buried. It's unlikely that Xfinity will bury your cable line just because they're burying your neighbor's. Do you know if the request for your address/account has been submitted?
