Yard destroyed by Comcast xfinity for buried cable. Can't get anyone to fix it or talk to me

Comcast Xfinity made a repair to a buried cable through 200 ft of my yard along along the curb. The Ditchwitch machine tire put a trough in my yard and the dirt dug up for the buried cable created a hump next to the trough. The front of my yard is no longer flat and holds water in the trough and is dry and my lawn tractor scalps the high spot.

I have called customer service numerous times only to have horribly confusing conversations with non-English speaking people who cannot grasp a single subject.

It will cost $1500 or a day of my life to dig the hump down and go buy topsoil and seed to make the repairs.

I pay almost $300 per month to Comcast. I'm holding off on buying Comcast for my new business that will open in September.

Noone available, Noone cares, and Noone will communicate.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
