Yard destroyed after buried cable
My yard is a complete disaster after Comcast came to bury my new cable line. There is even exposed water pipe on the side of my house where it looks like they hit the pipe while digging, tried to fix it, left it exposed overnight then came back the next day and threw a dead grass root on top of it to make it less obvious. there were even pieces of pipe left behind, so it’s a safe assumption they messed up. however they never once communicated anything with me. luckily our tech who came out prior to the burying was super helpful and informative so I knew they were coming. these people need to come back and fix our yard. this will not sit well with our HOA and if i get fined for their awful service then Im sending the fine to you guys to figure out. this is unacceptable on every level.
