Yard damage

I need to know where to submit photos of yard damage from an Xfinity install. Where is the “direct messaging “ option!

Has there already been a ticket created for the damage? If so, please include the ticket number.

To get started, please send us a direct message with your full name, service address, and any ticket number you may already have. Once I have that information, I can make sure this is routed to the correct team for review.

 

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
