yard damage

Hello,

I am contacting you regarding significant damage to my property caused by an Xfinity truck earlier today. The vehicle left deep ruts, tore up sections of my lawn, and disrupted the soil across a large portion of the yard adjacent to the roadway. I have attached photos documenting the damage from multiple angles.

This was not a minor surface disturbance. The truck created trenches, displaced large areas of turf, and damaged the grading near the roadside. I am requesting that Xfinity arrange for the restoration of my property to its prior condition, including proper soil regrading and lawn repair.

Please confirm the next steps and provide a timeline for when an assessment and repair crew can be sent out. I can be available at your convenience to walk the area and point out all affected sections.
