yard damage

Xfinity recently placed tunneled cable lines, but my yard was damaged in the process and some of the cables are easily exposed which poses a risk. I would like Xfinity to repair my yard and properly burry the lines.

Hello @mgaini We would be happy to open a request with our local team to come back out and do a better job and fix things up. Please send us a direct message with your full name and the service address to get started.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.

@XfinityMatthew

The problem has not been resolved. I received notification of an appointment just 1 hour before an appointment window, which I was unable to reschedule even though I tried under the appointment management section because the appointment was not even listed on my account, and then when the appointment time arrived no one came. My issue has still not been addressed, I would please like some assistance. Preferably would like to speak to a representative as all of the automated options are not providing me with a solution.
