Yard damage

Xfinity damaged my yard while burying a cable line. I have contacted customer service three times and keep being told someone will follow up (24 hours, 48 hours, etc) but no one ever does. Who can I contact?

The concern is not "Home Networking" help related. Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
